Once you have completed your purchase and verified your payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order with the relevant details. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer care team. You can access your account at any time, where you will find a list of your orders and the corresponding product details in the YOUR ORDERS section.
Once you have received the order confirmation e-mail, you can cancel the order by contacting our customer care team. Please note that you will not be able to change or cancel orders that are in the advanced stages of preparation.
The details of each order received are checked. In the event of incomplete, inconsistent or inaccurate information, or if products are unavailable, the order may be cancelled. Notification of refusal or cancellation of an order will be made by e-mail or telephone and may not be immediate. A cancelled order cannot be reinstated and a new one must be placed.
